How long does ordering processing take?

After making the order on the web side it will be processed during 24 hours maximum. If you make an order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the NEXT working day. Normally orders are NOT processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on weekend days.

Please take into consideration that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases.

Once we receive the new order – we check the availability of all products in your order. Than we contact you by phone or e-mail and approve the order. Further on order will be collected and delivered by few available options (see the sheet below).

What payment options do I have?

1. Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express)

Pay easily by credit card in the Reima Online Shop. During the order process, simply select the appropriate card and enter the necessary data into the provided fields. If your payment doesn’t go through although the information you have provided is correct, please contact your bank or try another payment method.

After returning the goods, we automatically credit the amount to your credit card account. Our carefully selected service provider, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., processes credit card payment transactions (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard und American Express).

Specifically integrated SSL processes safeguard data transmission in credit card payments. If your credit card provider participates in 3D Secure procedures (safety procedures and credit card authentication), you will be requested to enter your PIN in a separate window at the end of the order process. That is what makes credit card payments in the Reima Online Shop particularly secure.

If you have any questions regarding 3D Secure procedures registration, please get in touch with your credit card provider directly.

2. Google Pay

The user taps the Google Pay payment button and sees a payment sheet with a list of supported payment methods. The user selects a payment method and Google Pay securely returns a payment token for that method to your app. Your app submits the payment token, along with details about the purchase, to its backend.

3. Apple Pay

Using Apple Pay in the app or on a website bypasses all of the steps that are usually required when making an online purchase, including entering shipping and payment information.

After an item is added to an online cart and a user initiates the checkout process, Apple Pay can be selected as the payment method. The shipping/billing address associated with the credit or debit card on file is automatically entered, as is a user's name, and the purchase is confirmed via Touch ID or FaceID. During this process, information like shipping address can be altered, which is useful when ordering a gift.

4. Payment to the courier.

You can try things on and buy only what you like.
